Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Our standard shipping services, FedEX Standard road freight, deliver anywhere in the 9 provinces of South Africa within 1-4 business days.

How will I be able to track the status of my order?

After your purchase is completed, and as soon as the order is shipped, an email with a FedEx tracking number or FedEx collection reference will be sent to you to track the status of your shipment on www.fedex.com/za. You can also call our Customer Service Team at 021 510 4591/2 or email us at info@musicexperience.co.za and they will track your order for you.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship all orders within one business day, but some items require extra attention. For guitars and other large purchases, please allow time for thorough inspection, setup, and specialty packing.

Warranty & Returns

How long will my items by covered for warranty?

All new items come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products; details will be included with the product.

What if I receive my order and simply don't like one or more products?

Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. Music Experience reserves the right to refuse any return if:

How long would a refund take to process?

We strive to process all refunds within 2 to 4 business days of the return been received at our location. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account could vary based upon your bank's processing times.

What payment options do you accept online?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and also have the option to make an instant EFT.

I have seen a product cheaper elsewhere, can you match their price?

We aim to remain competitively priced on all the products we sell. However, of greater importance to us is offering you a high level of service which includes the advice and expertise of highly-trained product experts to assist with your purchase, a flexible, painless warranty & returns policy if the item you have purchased is not right for you, and after-sales support in case things go wrong. That said, we will consider price matches on items if you find them cheaper at our local competitors. To request a price match, just give us a call or send us an email with the link of the item you are enquiring about on our website.

I want an item that is not on your website, can you get it for me?

Quite possibly, yes. If we deal with the supplier of your product, and the product is current (not discontinued), we can probably get it! Just give us a call and we'll do our very best to source the desired item for you.
