All online orders can be collected at our physical store in Cape Town within 3 hours from placing your order. Whether it be by yourself, or by sending your own courier service to collect your parcel. This option will have no additional shipping charge and we will make sure everything is safely packaged and ready to go.
If a product is in stock, and we receive your order before 2pm on a weekday, we aim to get it out on the same day for delivery within 3 working days. During extremely busy periods like Christmas, or in unforseen circumstances such as those caused by severe weather, we cannot guarantee the same dispatch and delivery schedule. If your order is time sensitive, please order in good time to avoid disappointment.
Our shipping team pay special attention to the safe packing of your order to inspect, secure and pack every instrument with the utmost care. All guitars get thoroughly inspected for any manufacturing flaws, and we make sure that the setup is in perfect condition straight out of the box.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship outside of South Africa. We can however ship to any airport or border post for you to arrange the additional transport to your country.
