What if I receive my order and simply don't like one or more products?

Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. Music Experience reserves the right to refuse any return if.

How long will my items by covered by warranty?

All new items come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products; details will be included with the product.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call our Sales Team. They will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.

Are all items returnable?
