Shape Your Sound with the elysia nvelope!

The elysia nvelope stereo EQ and dynamics processor is far more than a traditional compressor or equalizer — it’s a powerful impulse shaper that lets you make subtle refinements or dramatic transformations by controlling a sound’s attack and sustain. Perfect for individual tracks, submixes, and full mixes, nvelope works independently of signal level, so you can shape transients without wrestling with complex, interactive compression controls. Whether you're tightening drums, adding punch to guitars, or refining an entire mix, the nvelope puts precise envelope control right at your fingertips.

With three versatile operating modes — Full Range, Dual Band, and EQ — the nvelope adapts to nearly any mixing or sound-design task. Dual mono and stereo link functions make it equally comfortable on individual sources or full stereo material, while stepped controls make recalling exact settings effortless. From gentle enhancement to bold transient reshaping, the elysia nvelope gives you a fast, intuitive way to sculpt your signature sound.

What elysia Says...

nvelope — transient. vibrant. shaping.

The elysia nvelope is a true evolution of the original Transient Designer, delivering expanded sonic flexibility and precision control. With its Dual Band mode, you can shape attack and sustain within targeted frequency ranges for more natural, musical results while avoiding artifacts common in full-range processing. With improved sound quality and advanced functionality, the nvelope goes far beyond transient shaping — it’s a powerful tool for detailed dynamic sculpting that adds clarity, punch, and definition to any source.

Full Range Mode

In Full Range mode, the nvelope operates independently of signal level, making it fast and intuitive to achieve results. Simply increase or reduce attack and sustain using their dedicated controls. Similar to a compressor, the Freq A control reduces how much low-frequency content influences attack processing — higher settings mean less bass triggers the envelope shaping.

Dual Band Mode

Dual Band mode allows selective processing of defined frequency ranges for even greater precision. Freq A sets the starting frequency for attack processing, while Freq S determines the upper limit for sustain processing. This mode is ideal when you need more detailed shaping or when full-range processing introduces unwanted artifacts.

EQ Mode

By deactivating the dynamics section, the nvelope becomes a powerful shelving EQ. Freq A and Attack control the high-shelf frequency and boost/cut amount, while Freq S and Sustain handle the low shelf. Both channels can operate as independent EQs or be linked together for stereo processing.

Mixed Mode

With two fully independent channels, you can run different modes simultaneously — for example, Dual Band processing on one channel and Full Range shaping on the other. You can even chain channels for serial processing, such as EQ followed by impulse shaping, opening up a wide range of creative possibilities.

Auto Gain

Strong attack boosts in Full Range mode can create large level spikes. The Auto Gain function automatically compensates for these peaks, keeping levels controlled and preventing unwanted distortion. This feature is not active in Dual Band or EQ modes.

Dual Mono or Stereo Link

The nvelope can operate as two completely independent processors or be linked for stereo use. Flexible routing combinations allow Full Range, Dual Band, and EQ modes to be mixed and matched across channels for maximum versatility.

Mastering Edition

The nvelope|Mastering Edition is optimized for high-end mastering applications, offering ultra-precise control ranges of ±5dB, additional stepped potentiometers, and enhanced visual scaling for repeatable accuracy. Its transparent processing and refined control make it ideal for critical finishing work while preserving the integrity of your audio.

Stepped Potentiometers

High-quality stepped controls provide tactile precision, fast recall, and consistent repeatability — essential for professional workflows in both mixing and mastering environments.

Ready for Any Application

No matter which format you choose, the nvelope delivers the same pristine sound quality and performance. From tracking and mixing to mastering, it’s a versatile dynamics tool trusted by professionals worldwide.
