Equipped with instrument and mic inputs and built for serious gigging, the PreSonus® BlueTube DP V2 dual-path mic/instrument preamplifier is ideal for guitarists, bassists, singer-songwriters, and more. Compact, affordable, and capable of a wide tonal range, it offers two independent channels with combo mic/instrument inputs and balanced XLR plus unbalanced ¼-inch line outputs. Use it as a preamp or a direct box (DI) for guitars and basses, or run vocals through one channel and guitar through the other for live PA setups without a guitar amp.
Each channel features a PreSonus XMAX Class A solid-state preamp followed by a hand-selected 12AX7 vacuum-tube stage. Engage the Tube Drive control to blend in warm tube saturation or leave it off for clean, transparent amplification. The BlueTube DP V2 also includes an 80 Hz high-pass filter, phantom power, a -20 dB pad, polarity-reverse switch, and a backlit VU meter for professional-level control.
